Roles and Responsibility
Attend calls related to Rational Oven installation, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Conduct site surveys and inspections to identify potential problems.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and implement effective solutions to improve field service efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Graduate degree in any discipline.
Solid understanding of construction and engineering principles.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with cement, steel, or iron industry operations is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and adapt to recent technologies and processes.
