NV Infra is looking for an experienced Labour Mobilization Executive to arrange skilled and unskilled labour for our civil construction projects. The role involves ensuring timely mobilization of manpower based on project requirements, maintaining workforce availability, and supporting the smooth execution of projects across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
Arrange skilled and unskilled labour as per project requirements.
Ensure timely mobilization of labour to project sites to meet project schedules.
Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Engineers to understand manpower requirements.
Monitor labour availability and ensure uninterrupted workforce supply across project sites.
Maintain labour attendance records and manpower related documentation.
Verify labour bills and support wage related documentation.




Resolve labour shortages and manpower related issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of labour deployment and workforce availability.

Requirements
10 years of experience in labour mobilization or manpower management within the civil construction industry.
Proven ability to arrange skilled and unskilled labour based on project requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.

Preferred Skills
Solid network for mobilizing skilled and unskilled labour.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Robust problem-solving abilities.
Ability to mobilize manpower within short timelines.
