Education:
B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering
MBA in Supply Chain / Operations / Logistics

Key Responsibilities:
Require Mini. 8 years of experience in managing end-to-end global supply chain, procurement, and logistics operations
Handle international shipments, freight planning, and delivery performance
Robust background in manufacturing /regulated industry preferred
Develop and manage supplier and vendor relationships
Ensure zero stock-outs through effective inventory and demand planning
Manage RFQs, supplier negotiations, and contract finalization
Coordinate with manufacturing teams to prevent production delays
Monitor supplier performance, quality, and compliance requirements
Optimize logistics and procurement costs through strategic sourcing
Manage import/export documentation, customs, and HS codes
Track KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), inventory levels, and logistics cost
Implement continuous improvement initiatives and reporting dashboards
