JD:

• 12+ years of experience in Core HRMS, Payroll, Absence Management and Advantages

• Excellent working knowledge in Forms Personalization, Reports, Plsql, OAF, Workflows, Rest API, BI Publisher and Unix scripts

• Support business during month end close in the above-mentioned modules.

• Experience in Data Migration and Integration of Oracle modules with third-party systems

• Understanding the requirement, design, development, troubleshooting and unit testing for both delivered and custom requirements

• Significant experience working with business counterparts for all clarifications and requirements

• Self-motivated and proven record of executing deliverables effectively

• Ability and desire to coach team members and business partners on solution adoption

• Robust domain knowledge with attention to detail.

• Robust advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
