Summary:As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage with clients to provide advisory services that focus on enhancing business agility and fostering technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to facilitate organizational transformation, ensuring that clients can adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that promote continuous learning and performance enhancement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME.
Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile methodologies.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments.

Must To Have

Skills:
Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
Solid understanding of integration processes and methodologies.
Experience with API management and data integration tools.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration issues effectively.
Familiarity with agile project management frameworks.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
