Key skills required
Hands-on experience with LoadRunner and JMeter
Solid understanding of Performance Testing & Performance Engineering concepts
Experience in Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability Testing
Expertise in performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and root cause analysis
Strong debugging skills across Application, Database, Middleware, and Infrastructure layers
Experience with monitoring/APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, etc.
Positive understanding of Web/API Performance Testing (REST/SOAP)
Knowledge of SQL, Linux, and log analysis
Experience working in Agile/DevOps settings

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts.
Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
Work closely with Development, DBA, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to resolve issues.
Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
