Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood and other diagnostic samples from patients while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Collect blood, urine, and other diagnostic samples from patients.
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection accurately and safely.
Ensure proper patient identification before sample collection.
Label, store, and transport samples according to laboratory protocols.
Maintain strict infection control and hygiene standards.
Follow all safety guidelines and biomedical waste disposal procedures.
Explain sample collection procedures to patients and address their concerns professionally.




Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely processing of samples.
Conduct home sample collection visits when required.
Ensure timely reporting of daily activities and collected samples.

Required Skills
Excellent venipuncture and blood collection skills.
Valuable communication and patient-handling abilities.
Knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control practices.
Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.
