Role & responsibilities
Handle computer operations and networking, including setting up and managing LAN and Wi-Fi networks, installing printer drivers, and connecting printers through the network.
Perform software installations, such as MS Office, Adobe Reader, and antivirus software, with a valuable understanding of their functionality.
Add and manage Outlook accounts and emails.
Have basic knowledge of hardware components (CPU, RAM, hard drives, peripherals, etc.) and troubleshooting technical issues.
Manage and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Provide technical support and assist employees with IT-related concerns.
Ensure data backup and system security, including virus protection,



firewall settings, and access control.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department.
Supervise department employees and ensure smooth workflow.
Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and scanning documents.
Draft letters and office-related purchase orders with a basic understanding of formal communication.
Maintain office management and basic bookkeeping records.
Be proficient in English (oral and written) with robust communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
Have excellent knowledge of MS Office
