Required Experience:

Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience.
Proven hands-on experience with Workday Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Procurement).
Solid technical skills in Workday reporting, calculated fields, and EIBs.
Demonstrated ability to lead issue resolution efforts, coordinating and directing junior developers when required.
Track record of resolving issues quickly and effectively, while ensuring users feel supported through transparent, solution-focused communication.
Familiarity with integration management and supporting middleware or cloud-based integration tools.
Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and deliver within deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust with business stakeholders and delight users.
