Role & responsibilities
Generate monthly, annual, short-term, and long-term demand forecasts for both in-house manufactured and outsourced products.
Analyze historical sales data, seasonality, promotions, and market trends to improve forecast accuracy.
Collaborate closely with Production Planning (PPC) teams to align manufacturing priorities with sales requirements.
Monitor forecast accuracy at channel and regional levels and drive continuous improvement.
Develop category and channel-specific demand plans, incorporating baseline demand, promotions, and recent product introductions.
Lead and facilitate the monthly S&OP; process as per agreed timelines.




Identify excess and aging inventory and work with Sales and Marketing teams on inventory depletion plans.
Hands-on experience in preparing, facilitating, and managing S&OP; processes.
Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Positive understanding of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile
8 years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Planning.
