Job Responsibilities
Identify and connect with private hospitals across India.
Generate recent business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with hospital management regarding doctor recruitment requirements.
Conduct telephonic and virtual meetings with prospective clients.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and business development activities.
Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Eligibility Criteria
Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Healthcare Recruitment, or Client Acquisition.
Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Solid negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
