Proficiency in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and highly available AWS cloud architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
Understanding of and experience with configuring security, testing for reliability and performance tuning on AWS.
Hands-on experience in defining, enforcing, and governing cloud architecture standards, best practices, design patterns, and compliance frameworks across AWS environments.
Robust expertise and hands-on experience in leading the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation using GITLab tool and practices.
Hands-on experience in leading cloud migration initiatives, including hybrid cloud architectures, legacy modernization, and workload transitions to AWS.
Demonstrated technical leadership experience, including mentoring, guiding, and enabling engineering and DevOps teams on cloud and DevOps best practices.
Proficiency in collaborating with application, security, and network teams to design and deliver end-to-end cloud solutions.




Strong hands-on experience acting as a technical escalation point for complex production issues, architectural decisions, and critical system troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with range of AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, EBS, EMP etc.) and container-based architecture
Development of cloud solutions (Java/.Net/ Python) and server-less computing (eg. AWS Lambda, Step Functions).
Solid understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, EKS) System security and Cloud network security (VPC, IAM, KMS etc.)
Design / implementation of DevOps pipelines
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Valuable interpersonal skills, diplomacy and adaptability. Ability to take discretion and committed sense of customer service are essential
Hands on Production Experience with AWS observability Service: CloudWatch Alarms, CloudWatch Logs, Cloud Trail, VPC Flow Logs, ECS/EKS Enhanced Monitoring
Proficiency in Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
AWS solution architect certification required
Experience in handling a team and leading the team technically.
