We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in Software Sales. Candidates with experience in Banking, FinTech, Payments, or Banking Solutions will have a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate recent business opportunities for software solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.

Required Skills:




• 710 years of experience in Software Sales or IT Solution Sales.
• Proven experience in B2B software sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong client relationship and account management skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel for domestic and international client meetings.
