Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize machining processes for CNC Turning and VMC operations.
Create, prove-out, and optimize CNC programs to achieve cycle time and quality targets.
Design and develop fixtures, jigs, and tooling for recent and existing products.
Select cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters to improve productivity and tool life.
Prepare process sheets, setup instructions, SOPs, and standard work documents.
Support recent product development (APQP), PPAP, and production trials.
Analyze process capability and implement improvements to reduce cycle time, rejection, and manufacturing cost.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room for process improvements and troubleshooting.
