Role & responsibilities
Responsible for the patient profiling (Taking Vital parameters & patient history)
Responsible to assist Doctors/ consultants in routine patient consultations & any related procedure.
Drawing blood sample to support phlebotomy procedure including support for home collections.
Participation in promotional camps to support other team members as per business requirements.
Supporting end to end clinical operations like attending patients, preparation of MIS reports, handling telephone calls for patients & providing support to other staff members.
Handling Podiatry & other Diabetes Care procedure as per defined patient pathway.
Counselling & Imparting right knowledge to Diabetic Patients
Responsible for promotions of company packages & conversion for the revenue growth of the organization.




Supporting & working on end to end clinical operations as per business requirements.
Responsible for exemplar customer services to enhance/ improve net promoters score (NPS) at clinical unit.
To provide support to clinical unit time to time basis as per company/ business requirements

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in handling Diabetic Patients or Elementary Knowledge about Diabetes
Post Graduate(s)/ Graduate(s)/ Diploma holders in Nursing (M.Sc., B.Sc, GNM, ANM, Diploma in Nursing - Reg. must
Freshers can also apply (however, preference will be from 1- 5 years)
