Role & responsibilities
Maintain and update the Sourcing Enquiry Register and analyze technical drawings/specifications for requirement assessment.
Evaluate feasibility with suppliers and prepare feasibility reports for RFQs.
Float RFQs to suppliers/internal teams and obtain quotations based on BOM.
Follow up with suppliers, compile competitive quotes and perform cost analysis with comparison sheets.
Finalize costed BOM/costing sheets in coordination with Manager/Sr. Manager.
Ensure timely submission of quotes and act as the key interface to drive end-to-end RFQ closure.

Experience & skills required
6 to 8 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement or Supplier Development.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures.
Proficiency in MS Excel; basic working knowledge of SAP preferred.
Positive knowledge of cost analysis, negotiation and supply chain principles.
Excellent communication, coordination and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented and proactive approach.
Demonstrated energy, enthusiasm and ownership mindset.
Solid ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
