Initiating Supplier Self-assessment with the Supplier.

Review the supplier self-assessment and Conducting Supplier Assessment/Evaluation and Supplier Periodical Audit.

Review and approve the supplier technical feasibility.

Performed root cause analysis for detected faults and developed corrective actions.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and identify solutions that improve overall product quality.

Organized meetings with stakeholders to discuss current issues regarding product quality assurance programs.

Investigated non-conformances using problem solving techniques such as 8D or 5 Why's methodologies.

Tracking and follow-up the implementation of corrective action and monitoring the effectiveness.

Performed data analysis to monitor rejection trend against criteria such as COPQ and PPM.

Maintaining documented information's of Non-Conformance Reports.

Prepared Quality performance metrics.

Conduct periodical review meeting and communicate quality metrics effectively and efficiently with all levels of management.

Preferred candidate profile

BE/BTech will 8+ Years of Experience Supplier Quality
