Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be trained to identify potential clients, build robust business relationships, understand hiring requirements, and generate new business opportunities for our Executive Search team.

This is a remote role, but candidates should be willing to travel within Chennai or Bengaluru for client meetings whenever required.

Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.




Schedule and attend client meetings.
Understand client hiring requirements and generate current business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfil client requirements.
