Manage end-to-end operations of the EV Vehicle Deployment Centre.
Ensure timely deployment, redeployment, and recovery of vehicles with maximum fleet availability.
Monitor vehicle repairs, maintenance, and Ready for Deployment (RFD) status to minimize downtime.
Supervise hub staff, technicians, and support teams for smooth operations.
Manage inventory of vehicles, batteries, spare parts, chargers, key fobs, and other assets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and audits.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for repairs and operational support.
Track and report fleet utilization, ageing, recovery, and inventory metrics.
Resolve operational issues, improve turnaround time (TAT), and drive process improvements.
Ensure high rider satisfaction through effective and compliant hub operations.
