Job Title: Business Analyst Payments (SWIFT / ISO 20022)

Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payment and financial messaging solutions.
Work with business and technical teams to deliver payment transformation initiatives.
Support implementation and migration of SWIFT MT to MX (ISO 20022) messaging.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Coordinate UAT, defect management, and production support.
Ensure compliance with payment standards and industry regulations.

Required Skills
Solid experience in Payments domain (Cross-border, RTGS, Wire Payments, SEPA, etc.).
Hands-on knowledge of SWIFT Messaging (MT & MX) and ISO 20022 standards.
Experience in payment message mapping, validation, and transformation.
Solid stakeholder management and requirement analysis skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and SQL is an added advantage.

Preferred: Experience in payment modernization or SWIFT CBPR+ migration projects.
