5+ years as a Business Analyst.
2+ years of experience in automotive sector.
Knowledge of automotive or Discrete manufacturing processes.
Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
Expertise in BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart process mapping.
Hands-on with Agile, Scrum, or Secure methodologies.
Experience with ERP systems like SAP.
Communication skills must be solid. May have to travel to Europe to meet with teams there.
Must have a valid passport.
