Sat, 10-6pm About the Role We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller with excellent communication skills to engage with prospective clients and promote our qualified resume writing and career services.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in BPO, telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead conversion roles within the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities Connect with potential customers through outbound calls and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and explain our resume writing and career services.
Qualify leads and convert inquiries into paid customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Address customer queries and provide accurate information about services.
Maintain call records, follow-up schedules,



and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service fulfillment.
Consistently achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements 1+ years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Support, or similar roles.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory; proficiency in Malayalam will be an added advantage.
Robust persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable handling outbound sales calls and lead conversion.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication.
Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
