Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate UX Designer with 57 years of experience in designing intuitive, customer-centric digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability evaluation, and mobile-first design principles.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Engineering teams to understand business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints.
Create user personas, user journeys, customer journey maps, task flows, user flows, and information architecture.
Design intuitive mobile-first user experiences for customer-facing eCommerce applications.
Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes using Figma.
Build interactive prototypes for usability validation and stakeholder reviews.




Design guided customer journeys including decision-tree based experiences, multi-step workflows, and recommendation flows.
Design product discovery experiences including product comparison, search journeys, and guided navigation.
Create search experience designs including autocomplete, suggested searches, search filters, zero-result recovery, and search refinement.
Participate in UX discovery workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design thinking exercises.
Conduct usability reviews and incorporate feedback into iterative designs.
Work closely with UI Designers and Developers to ensure accurate implementation.
Produce design documentation, annotations, UX specifications, and developer handoff artifacts.
Ensure consistency with established Design Systems and component libraries.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
