Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
Assist customers in selecting products, sizes, and styles based on their requirements.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
Ensure products are displayed as per visual merchandising standards.
Maintain store cleanliness, stock availability, and inventory accuracy.
Process stock replenishment and coordinate with the warehouse when required.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Stay updated on current collections, promotions, and product features.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements
Female candidates only.
310 years of retail experience.
Mandatory experience in the Lingerie, Intimate Wear, Women's Innerwear, Women's Apparel, Garment, Textile, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Retail, Hosiery, or Intimate Apparel industry.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for sales.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is preferred.
Languages Required: English, Tamil, and Malayalam.
