Role & responsibilities
10+ years of Oracle HCM implementation and support experience.
Minimum 35 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
Hands-on experience with multiple Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.
Strong configuration knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Expertise in Fast Formula, HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting.
Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion security model.
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Oracle Fusion HCM Certification is highly preferred.
Experience in global HCM implementations is an added advantage.
Knowledge of HR business processes and compliance standards.
Experience working with multinational clients.
