.Ability to read and modify legacy enterprise systems
.Windows-based development & troubleshooting
Basic scripting (PowerShell / Shell)

Test Automation Skills
Automation mindset (Non-negotiable)
Experience with Ranorex / Selenium / any UI automation tool
Understanding of:
->Object repository
->Element identification (XPath, UI mapping)
->Test case design & modularization

System Understanding & Debug Capability
Ability to:
->Analyze logs (event logs, system logs)
->Troubleshoot production-like issues
Basic understanding of:
->Enterprise monitoring tools (like Systemwalker can be trained)
->Solid problem-solving approach (root cause thinking)

Communication (Especially for Japan Coordination)
Clear and structured communication




Basic understanding of writing status updates and explaining issues with evidence.
