Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Consumer Durable Loan products to customers.
Generate leads through field visits, customer referrals, retail partners, and local market activities.
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and customers.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and repayment options.
Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting required documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick loan processing and disbursement.
Meet assigned sales targets and productivity goals.
Conduct market surveys and identify recent business prospects.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
