Job Description :
Provide L2/L3 production support for AS400 applications.
Monitor system performance and resolve incidents within SLA.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to COBOL, SQL, and CL programs.
Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
Perform batch job monitoring and ensure timely completion of scheduled jobs.
Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and incident resolutions.
Participate in on-call support and adhere to shift timings (2 PM 11 PM IST).
10+ years of experience in AS400 production support.
Solid programming skills in COBOL, SQL, and CL.
Hands-on experience with job scheduling and monitoring tools.
Valuable understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Robust communication and collaboration abilities.
