Key Responsibilities:
Supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical systems and production equipment.
Ensure maximum machine uptime for CNC, VMC, SPM, compressors, and utility equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical faults involving PLCs, VFDs, control panels, sensors, and drives.
Plan maintenance schedules and coordinate with Production to minimize downtime.
Monitor power distribution systems, DG sets, transformers, and LT panels.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, and 5S practices.
Lead maintenance technicians and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:




Electrical maintenance of CNC/VMC/SPM machines
PLC, VFD, Servo Drives Control Circuits
Electrical panel troubleshooting
Preventive Breakdown Maintenance
TPM, Root Cause Analysis 5S
AutoCAD Electrical (preferred)
MS Excel ERP knowledge
