Role & responsibilities

As a AI Native Engineer , you will drive enterprise-wide agentic transformation initiatives. Youll align strategy, lead process reimagination, and ensure measurable business impact. The main focus will be around process discovery, ideation, and process re-engineering (with a focus on agentic adoption) with the goal of driving productivity success metrics (not yet defined).

Key Responsibilities:

Strong in java technology and valuable understanding of the AI frameworks

Valuable to have full stack perspective along with React

Can work along with cross functional teams in driving Agentic workflow

Lead strategic alignment and readiness assessments across departments.

Define KPIs and business objectives for agentic workflows.





Drive process redesign using design thinking and agentic capabilities.

Lead change management and adoption campaigns.

Quantify and scale value realization across the enterprise.

Qualifications:

8+ years in transformation leadership or enterprise consulting.

Positive understanding of the java framework and full stack development either using Angular or React

Deep expertise in AI Frameworks, LLMs, intelligent automation and change management.

Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence

Project DescriptionSecurin needs help with AI transformation: AI in SDLC and PDLC processes.
