Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing cutting-edge solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with organizational goals and user needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.

Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
Positive To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
Experience with integration techniques and APIs to connect various systems.
Experience with EPC, CPQ logic, and OM flows- Familiarity with user interface design principles.
Exposure to ESM
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
