Transactions Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare offers for property purchases and coordinate the signing process.
Prepare listing agreements and upload property listings for sale or lease on behalf of sellers and landlords.
Prepare and manage all documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring that all required documents are collected from agents and cooperating brokerages before the closing date.
Enter and maintain transaction details in Lone Wolf (deal management and accounting software) and develop proficiency in its features and functionalities.
Provide timely administrative and operational support to real estate agents, ensuring smooth coordination throughout the transaction process.
Coordinate with clients, lawyers, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless transaction processing and timely closings.
Maintain accurate transaction records, monitor key deadlines, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.

Requirements:




Bachelors/ Master s degree in any relevant field (MBA Preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience working with CRM tools preferred.
Excellent communicator in English (and speaking Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati and any other regional language is a positive to have).
0 to 2 Years of experience in support and coordination.
Experience within the real estate industry would be an asset.
Work Timing Location
Shift Time: (Night Shift) 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST / 11:30 PM TO 7:30AM IST
Mode of work: Work from office
Working Days: 5 days working
