Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to AI/ML teams, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices and industry standards.
Design and develop scalable, robust, and efficient AI/ML architectures.
Design and deploy AI/ML solutions using Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Services, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define and refine AI strategies.

Generative AI Expertise:
Lead the development and deployment of generative AI solutions, such as large language models, text-to-image generation, and other creative AI applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI research and techniques.
Explore innovative use cases for generative AI to drive business value.

Problem-Solving and Innovation:
Identify complex technical challenges and develop creative solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team.




Continuously improve AI/ML processes and methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in AI/ML, with a robust focus on generative AI.
At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience with generative AI techniques and tools.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI/ML services is highly preferred.

Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
Experience with cloud platforms (robust expertise in Microsoft Azure is preferred; AWS/GCP knowledge is a plus).
Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Services, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Proficiency in MLFlow and Kubeflow.
Solid and demonstratable skills in GenAI technologies, like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Llama.
