Role & responsibilities
Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
Program Development: Design and develop training programs, materials, and resources that cater to diverse learning styles and adult education principles.
Facilitation: Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels, ensuring engagement and effective learning outcomes.
Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, interviews, and performance metrics, and make improvements based on feedback.
Budget Management: Assist in the planning and management of the training budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Compliance: Ensure that all training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.
Collaboration:



Work closely with HR and other departments to integrate training initiatives with talent management and performance improvement strategies.
Reporting: Maintain records of training activities, progress, and outcomes, and provide regular reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in: Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; masters degree is a plus.
8 to 11 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in training technologies and e-learning platforms.
Robust organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace and adapt to changing priorities.
