Engaging the multiple stakeholders on Printing related issues
Deploying latest Printer drivers after Certification from DCON
Configure the multiple language Print drivers as per business needs
Mercury / Windows Print Server Upgrade
Configure Follow 2 Print
Configure Direct Print via Windows Server
Monitor the SNOW Incident Queue & IT SHOP request Queue.
Acknowledge and resolve the tickets as per SLA.
Constantly learning the current technology trends in Print Infra.
Contribute on Automation initiative.
