Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer (West)

Location: West India (Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad)

Job Summary

This position will report to the Sr.RSM and will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the sales service to the customer.

Responsibilities
Develop and grow profitable sales for the Milton Roy Business through Distribution or OEM channels in the West India region.
Closely work with West region channel partners in closing the sales.
Partner, drive, and support Distribution to grow the business.
Share and provide product, application, and market expertise to Distribution.
Analyze market trends, prospect descriptions, business cases, reports, etc., and provide conclusions to the Sales Leadership.
Provide product, sales, technical support to customers and product training to Distributors and OEMs when needed.
Introduce and follow current products or local initiatives.
Collaborate with Order Management, After sales service, Marketing, Customer support, Engineering, or Product Management on problem-solving strategies.

Basic Qualifications:



An engineering degree in Mechanical with solid business skills is an advantage.

Travel Work Arrangements/Requirements
5 to 8 years of proven experience in B2B/OEM/Distribution sales of Industrial Products.
Experience in Rotating equipment preferably from Pumps Industry.
Fluency in regional and English language required, another language is a plus.
Flexibility and willingness to travel around 50 to 60% of the working time.
