Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a BPO Female Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and ensure high standards of performance and service delivery. The candidate will be responsible for managing team productivity, monitoring quality and KPIs, handling client escalations, conducting training and performance reviews, preparing reports, ensuring adherence to company policies, and driving process improvements to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented professional with a minimum of 1 year of experience in BPO operations or team management. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication,



and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage teams, monitor performance, and ensure operational excellence. Proficiency in MS Office and experience in handling client interactions and process improvements will be preferred. Candidates with prior experience in domestic or international BPO operations will have an added advantage.
