Roles and Responsibility
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to ROC.
Prepare and review documents related to ROC filings and submissions.
Conduct thorough analysis of regulatory requirements and provide guidance on compliance matters.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and other key partners.
Stay up-to-date with changes in ROC regulations and guidelines, ensuring timely updates to the organization's compliance framework.

Job Requirements




Robust knowledge of ROC compliance and regulatory affairs.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software applications.
Educational qualification: Jothilingam.S Chartered Accountant.
