Role

To ensure that the raw materials, products and the production setting meet microbiological quality standards.

Responsibilities
To perform Microbiological testings, reporting and documentation.
To perform testing procedures for raw materials and finished products: MLT, Endotoxin quantification, Sterility testing.
SOP preparation and reviewing.
Maintenance of NCIM cultures.
Media preparation and performing Growth promotion test for the prepared media.
Water testing: Sterility check, endotoxin quantification, pathogen detection test.
To perform staining procedures for identification of microorganisms.
To perform validation and calibration procedures for equipments.
Assist in the training efforts of the laboratory personnel.
