Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and online portals.
Identify recent business prospects for software development and AI solutions.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team.
Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into business.
Build long-term client relationships.
Maintain CRM and sales reports.




Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Business Development or IT Software Sales experience.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.
Experience selling software services, SaaS, or AI solutions is preferred.
Experience handling international clients is an advantage.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willing to work from our Chennai office.
