Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) + Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

Must-Have Skills
Robust hands-on AEP: XDM schema design, identity resolution, profiles, segments, sources/destinations.
AJO: ourney design, event triggers, audience eligibility, templates, offers/personalization, throttling, frequency capping.
Edge Network basics and tag management (Adobe Launch / other TMS).
Practical experience with JSON, APIs, webhooks, and data transformation.
Understanding of data privacy, consent frameworks, and enterprise governance.

Nice-to-Have
Adobe Target/Offers decisioning, Adobe Campaign integration, message rendering for email/SMS/push.
Experience with Kafka/Kinesis, Snowflake/BigQuery, ETL/ELT tools.
Basic scripting: Python/Node for utilities; CI/CD for configuration as code.
Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and cross-channel activation patterns.
