Role & responsibilities
Install, commission, and test equipment at customer locations.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per the service schedule.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automation-related issues.
Attend emergency service calls and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Prepare and submit service reports after every site visit.
Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and technical support.
Ensure proper installation and functioning of equipment.
Train customers on the secure operation and basic maintenance of equipment.
Maintain records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Follow all company safety policies and customer site regulations.
Ensure tools, instruments, and company assets are handled responsibly.
Communicate service progress and technical issues to the Service Manager.
Maintain qualified behavior and build positive customer relationships.
Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) visits and warranty services.
Achieve service response and closure targets.
