Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Shared Services and local HR teams to ensure accurate and compliant configuration of HCM Reporting modules in Workday.
Help to design and maintain Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Document templates and EIBs.
Participate in configuration updates and testing cycles.
Collaborate with the other HRIS team members, Integration and AMS teams to ensure smooth data flow.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, propose enhancements, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
Support training and documentation efforts for stakeholders, including People Partners and regional HR teams.
Monitor Workday releases and coordinate impact assessments and testing.
Contribute to HRIS projects such as Absence Management workshops or AI deployment.

Qualification :
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience,



with deep expertise in HCM Reporting configuration. Absence and Time Tracking is a plus.
Robust understanding of calculated fields, eligibility rules, and business processes.
Experience working in a global or multi-country setting
Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors.
Robust analytical mindset and willingness to learn
Team spirit
Workday certifications is a plus
