Own and manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets with full accountability for SLA adherence and business impact
Its L1/L2 support across the application stack (Windows, Unix/Linux, SQL, middleware, APIs, Java-based systems
Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes in collaboration with development teams
Apply robust troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex production issues quickly and effectively
