Communication & Network Lead will be responsible for overseeing the organizations network infrastructure and communication systems to ensure seamless operations and effective connectivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, excellent communication skills, and leadership capabilities to manage a team and drive projects forward.

Role & responsibilities

Network Infrastructure Management:
Monitor network performance and optimize configurations for efficiency and reliability.
hands on experience in routing like Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) / Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and valuable at advanced routing concepts.
Troubleshoot network issues and collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCDE, Fortinet, F5, and PALO ALTO are highly desirable.
Experience with migrating on-premises data centres to the cloud is preferred.
Familiarity with O365 Administration, Active Directory, and SharePoint
Design, implement, and maintain the organizations network infrastructure.

Communication Systems Oversight:
Manage communication systems including email, VoIP, video conferencing, and messaging platforms.
Ensure reliable connectivity and effective communication channels across the organization.




Integrate communication systems with other IT services and business applications

Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead a team of network administrators and communication specialists.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement projects and initiatives.
Hand on experience on CISCO telephony is added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience (10+ years) in network administration, with a focus on infrastructure management and communication systems.
Solid knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall concepts.
Experience with communication technologies such as email servers, VoIP systems, and collaboration tools.
Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCDE, Fortinet, PALO ALTO) are a plus
