Position Role & Responsibilities:

Drive continuous improvements activities across all lines

Tools & consumables cost reduction projects identification &

completion through localization & alternate source development

Loss reduction projects identification related to L2, L3, L13

Monitoring of OEE losses and implement actions to improve the

availability rate

Productivity improvement through SMED, SWCT, Poka yoke

concept

RCA for First time quality rejections & implementation of actions

Capacity improvements for bottleneck process by eliminating

waste in the process

Process Capability enhancement by applying quality tools like QC

story, 8D, Six sigma

Implementation of ECIP & suggestions





Ensure systems & documentation work for IATF 16949:2016

Nature of Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualification & Experience: DME or BE, 3 to 5 years experience

General Skill:

Hands on experience in Honing, Grinding, Assembly & functional

test, SPM process, machining and 2D marking

Hands on experience in Plastic laser welding, Plastic moulding,

Plastic heat stack welding, Plastic hot plate welding

Hands on experience in Laser End to End traceability

Should have knowledge on Cost working, QCT, capacity analysis,

losses tracking

Technical and soft skills which include machine knowledge,

problem-solving skills, Root cause analysis

Should have knowledge on SAP working

Personal Attributes: Understanding of the overall manufacturing process & desire to

bring innovations which improves the standards
