Experience
-3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations , employee engagement activities and/or Recruitment.
-Experience screening and evaluating candidates through various methods .
-Exposure to both recruitment and HR generalist functions strongly preferred.
-Experience planning and executing employee engagement initiatives team offsites, recognition programs, wellness activities, inductions and culture-building efforts.
-Experience organizing and managing HR/recruitment events .
-Experience running employee feedback mechanisms and translating insights into action plans.
-Experience managing end-to-end event logistics, from planning and scheduling to stakeholder coordination and post-event reporting.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills
-Fluent in Hindi and English; proficiency in one or more South Indian languages (Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada) preferred.
