Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales in line with assigned business goals and targets.
Identify, approach, and onboard schools within the allocated territory/clusters as guided by the reporting manager.
Onboarding of 20 schools annually.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and key stakeholders.
Support the team in onboarding 20 to 30 schools annually.

• Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and pipeline using MS Excel.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of school partnerships.
Travel within the state to meet schools, conduct presentations, and generate new business opportunities.

Skills Required
Robust B2B sales and business development skills.

• Experience in institutional or school sales is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Good analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Self-driven,



target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively. Travel Requirement
Frequent travel within Madhya Pradesh.
Approximately 510 travel days per month.

Experience:

o 25 years of overall work experience.

o Minimum 2 years of experience in the education or school is required.

o Candidates with prior experience in institutional sales and school acquisition/signups will be preferred.

o Candidate must be based in Bhopal and have a valuable understanding of the local market.

o Experience in selling any products or services to schools (including publications) is acceptable.

o Should have robust relationships with school stakeholders and decision-makers in Bhopal.

o Must possess an established network and connections with schools across Bhopal.
