Position: Oracle Fusion Project Manager (Finance, Procurement & Inventory)

Location: Chennai - Onsite/Hybrid

Engagement Mode: Full Time

Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

About the role: We are looking for experienced Project Manager with solid hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end ERP rollouts with expertise across Financials, Procurement, and Inventory modules. This is a client-facing, in-person role based in Chennai, with the expectation to drive successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines
Work hands-on with Finance, Procurement, and Inventory modules
Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, functional, and business stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, manage risk, and report progress to senior leadership




Serve as a key liaison between client stakeholders and implementation teams
Ensure proper documentation, training, and change management throughout project lifecycle
Prepare for and support post-implementation phases, including the upcoming EPM rollout beyond the initial 8-month scope

Required Skills & Experience:
6+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years as an Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager
Solid functional knowledge of Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Inventory modules
Demonstrated success in at least two full-cycle Fusion ERP implementations
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Ability to work onsite in Chennai and engage with cross-functional teams
PMP / Prince2 or Oracle Project Management certifications (preferred, not mandatory)
