Manage Team Leads and city operations to ensure seamless execution.
Build, train, and retain high-performing operations teams.
Forecast manpower requirements and ensure adequate rider availability.
Monitor key operational metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with client operations, dark stores, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
Handle escalations and ensure service excellence.
Identify process improvements to reduce costs while improving customer experience.
Scale operations as the business expands across the region.Requirements
48+ years of experience in logistics, quick commerce, or hyperlocal last-mile operations.
Hands-on experience managing quick-commerce last-mile operations is mandatory.




Proven experience managing large rider fleets and multiple locations.
Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills.
Experience leading ground teams in a high-growth setting.
Comfortable working with operational dashboards and performance metrics.
Willingness to travel across the Coimbatore cluster.

Preferred Experience
Experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, BigBasket Now, Dunzo, or similar quick-commerce operations.
Experience scaling multi-city operations.
